At SONÉRA AUDIO, we are committed to delivering professional-grade products and customer satisfaction. Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.
RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible products.
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Product must be returned in original packaging
- All accessories, cables, manuals, and included items must be returned
- Proof of purchase is required
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are non-returnable:
- Custom-built or special-order products
- Used, damaged, or modified equipment
- Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse
- Clearance or final sale items
RESTOCKING FEE
Approved returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee depending on the condition of the item.
SHIPPING
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- SONÉRA AUDIO is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the product and packaging
- We will review the issue and arrange replacement or repair if approved
WARRANTY CLAIMS
Warranty-related issues are handled separately from returns. Please contact SONÉRA AUDIO support for warranty assistance.
REFUNDS
Once the returned item is inspected and approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution
