At SONÉRA AUDIO, we are committed to delivering professional-grade products and customer satisfaction. Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible products.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Product must be returned in original packaging
  • All accessories, cables, manuals, and included items must be returned
  • Proof of purchase is required

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom-built or special-order products
  • Used, damaged, or modified equipment
  • Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse
  • Clearance or final sale items

RESTOCKING FEE

Approved returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee depending on the condition of the item.

SHIPPING

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • SONÉRA AUDIO is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the product and packaging
  • We will review the issue and arrange replacement or repair if approved

WARRANTY CLAIMS

Warranty-related issues are handled separately from returns. Please contact SONÉRA AUDIO support for warranty assistance.

REFUNDS

Once the returned item is inspected and approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution
